Bait and Switch Con Artists

I have ordered from 1-800-flowers twice in the past two months and both times was extremely disappointed that the arrangement delivered in no way compared to what they described would be delivered. They tell you lilies and roses will be in the arrangement (and charge for these) and the arrangement delivered has carnations and mums (same price as lilies and roses? I think not!). I only ordered the second time because they wouldn't reimburse my credit card the first time. All they would do was issue a small credit on future purchase. This time I will dispute the charge to my credit card. AT YOUR OWN RISK!
